This is a weekly class I teach at OmBase. It focuses on deep relaxation and slow movements, although we do some more active poses as well. It is a very relaxing and meditative class, where the attention is more about the energy vs pose awareness.
It is for everyone, unless you have serious physical challenges and/or recent injuries. You are encouraged to work at your own pace and never rushed. You are also very much encouraged to listen within and move as your body expresses.
