In this class we are going to do some brief movement, some breathing, & then we are going to delve into how we hold resistance in our lives, and the consequences of our holding.
I love to bring into class what I am dealing with, working on...with the awareness that this is something all of us encounter in our lives at a time or another.
Much of the content will spontaneously arise from questions and directed by the participants. Feel free to bring something to write. Dress comfortably as we will be doing simple movements and be on the floor on yoga mats/props.
