Drop in to a class designed to give you some tools to invite relaxation, stress relief and other everyday ways that you can practice anywhere.
The class includes meditation, some yoga & other movements (stretches mostly to shift the energy), an intro to EFT (tapping), as well as a brief foray into essential oils (mostly a foot massage while in savasana at the end!).
