This is part 3 of a series of classes I am offering this weekend. It would be great for you to come to all classes, but it is not required, and I plan for each class to be a stand-alone, so to speak.
The premise is that we 'hold' suppressed emotions in our bodies, causing all kinds of disease. It has already been researched and proven that 95% of disease is caused by stress. But how to address it? How to let it go?
Discussion, sharing, maybe some note taking... Of course it is a big subject and we can only touch on it today. I hope to plant a seed in all attending about how vital this information is.
I believe we integrate/understand/absorb much better with movement, rather than just sitting or standing, so there will be some movement, stretching, so definitely come dressed for yoga! Feel free to bring something to write with!
