I will be teaching another Introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
I love teaching this class, it's so easy to learn EFT and so empowering. We will be practicing EFT (also called "tapping") on ourselves. EFT is an extremely powerful self-help modality, now used all over the world with great success. 

EFT combines a gentle touch with mindful attention to thoughts and feelings. The tapping with our fingertips is done on acupressure/acupuncture points.  It is used for everything from relief from physical pain to insomnia, from releasing stress to transform emotions like anger, guilt, frustration...so much more!

All welcome. Depending on the # of people, there will be chairs available, as well as floor seating. Bring something to write if you wish. Some hand outs provided.
