When we experience stress and anxiety, our initial reaction is to try to run away from it, to escape it in some way. Stress makes our minds overwhelmed, and makes us feel constricted, tight, contracted.

I would love to share ways where we can work with the gift that stress is offering. Stress is a warning that what we are doing isn't working on some level. Taking a warm bath or using lavender can be a helpful tool (I love lavender in every form!) but it is not a solution.

As Deepak Chopra said "The solution is never at the level of the problem. The solution is always love, which is beyond the problem".
Most of the time we fail to look deeply at the cause of stress because it's so uncomfortable. Our reptilian brain recoils and runs away. Doesn't matter from what. 

I want to invite you to this class so together we can use tools and modalities  (such as meditation, EFT, laughter, sharing with awareness & focus) to uncover the causes of stress, maybe even YOUR cause.
